Amatoury is seeking a highly motivated quality controller with the following responsibilities:

* Perform sampling , testing and release of raw and packaging materials
*Assist the purchasing manager and communicates when needed with suppliers to ensure that all packaging materials conform to specifications
* Conduct in process control in the packaging and manufacturing department and ensure test results are in conformity with set quality standards
* Ensures that all test results are properly recorded and all quality documents are well maintained

*Update status and expiry date on system for all materials

* Monitor and calibrate quality control equipment to ensure proper operation

* conduct cleaning and analytical validation of equipment and machines to ensure quality standards are implemented
*Assist the quality assurance representative in running the company’s ISO9001 quality system

Skills and qualifications

Degree in chemistry or bio chemistry is a must
At least 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
